From the simple gate of your farm to industrial multi-lane systems for borders and ports. Greek design, Greek manufacturing.
GREEK ENGINEERING CUSTOM DESIGN PER SITE
The simple, rugged gate for farms and small facilities. Exactly what you need to control the entrance — nothing more, nothing less.
For farms, slaughterhouses and businesses with daily vehicle flow. Motion sensors, precise dosing and a ground bar for the chassis.
The industrial system for borders, ports and large facilities. Custom design, a 40-nozzle 'tunnel effect' and full digital control via Smart Control.
A fully autonomous disinfection system that travels in a 3.5t commercial van and is operational within minutes — no permanent infrastructure, no water supply required.

Sensors detect the vehicle and activate the system automatically — no operator required.
Precision nozzles cover roof, sides, chassis and wheels with a dedicated ground bar.
The vehicle passes without stopping — full coverage, uninterrupted flow, zero congestion.
Digital passage counter and reports — data ready for every inspection.
The trench — a pit of water and disinfectant on the road — looked like a cheap solution. In practice it is a biosecurity measure that no one can control: not the dose, not the strength, not whether it ever worked.
How much water is in the trench? Nobody knows. If it rains, the disinfectant is diluted and weakened. In the heat, water evaporates and it concentrates. The real concentration changes every hour — so the dose is always less or more than the correct one, never correct.
Organic matter — mud, manure, leaves — chemically deactivates most disinfectants. A trench that received muddy vehicles turns into a liquid pollution load: the solution no longer disinfects, it merely looks like disinfection.
Due to the large water volume, replacing the solution costs money — so it is rarely ever emptied. The same dirty, weakened solution “works” for weeks. Result: a false sense of security, worse than nothing.
A single dirty vehicle carries kilos of mud into the trench — and the balance is gone. Either overdose (damages vehicles and environment) or underdose (zero protection). There is no in-between state you can prove.
The virus doesn’t travel only on tyres: chassis, underbody, side panels, covers. The trench wets only what is submerged — the rest of the vehicle passes untouched.
In an inspection or a disease outbreak, the trench gives you nothing to show: neither when a vehicle passed, nor at what concentration, nor whether there was any disinfectant at all. In the era of Regulation (EU) 2016/429, “trust me” is not enough.
